1) Tell me when you use my stock, send me a note AND leave a comment on the page with the picture you are using.

2) Credit Required: Please give credit in your deviation's description letting others know where you got the stock from! I have a Commons license on my stock that says you MUST credit me.

3) Selling on DA: Please ask me for permission before you sell anything with my stock including prints, calendars, mugs, etc...

4) You do not need to ask permission to use my STOCK, you are allowed to use my stock for stamps, avatars, and Journal CSS layouts

5)What you CAN and CAN'T do with my stock: my pictures can absolutely NOT be used for the following: pedophilia, hate art, anything that promotes or glorifies child abuse (in any way), homophobia, racism, etc, will get their work pulled. Using my stock in these manners will be considered "UNAUTHORIZED STOCK USE".

6. Where you can post (outside of DA): You need my permission BEFORE you display my stock outside of deviantART. I want to be able to keep tabs on where it goes and would prefer that I be credited as well.

7. Where you can post (inside DA): You can post on ANY deviantART site as long as it is not promoting anything I've listed under Rule #5. As long as you have manipulated (or drawn) my stock so it is not mistaken for the stock photo itself. Just remember to let me know WHERE you post it and please give me credit when and where you can.

8. Print publishing your art: That would be very cool! Please just let me know where you put it, like if it is published in a magazine, let me know which one and where I can buy it. I understand that if published in a magazine you may not be able to credit a stock photo and that's fine.
